This portal contains links to all of the sites NBCUniversal’s Singapore-based travelers may need to request a corporate card, book air, rail, or bus travel, reserve a rental car at your destination, make hotel reservations, get assistance with relocation services, and learn more about your travel destinations, whether it is a short drive away or on the other side of the world. Upon your return, you may use this same portal for links to submit your travel-related expenses and requests for reimbursement.

This site is for NBCUniversal employees based in Singapore.

CONCUR AND BCD:

Concur remains our expense reporting tool but there  is now a direct feed from our new travel agent BCD which will make your expense reporting quicker and simpler. To set up your new Concur profile, go to www.concursolutions.com and then follow the “Getting Started” training manual for further direction.

There are some required fields that must be filled out prior to booking travel which are highlighted orange in the Personal Information section under the Profile tab.
